Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the SeenPact API, dashboards and related services (the "Service") by the business that creates an account (the "Customer"). By using the Service you accept these terms on behalf of that business.

2. Accounts and keys

The Customer is responsible for its staff accounts, API keys, IP allowlists and two-factor devices. Live keys may only be used in production systems; test keys run the flow with fake validation and are never billed.

3. Acceptable use

• Verify only people who have been informed and, where required, have consented.
• Do not attempt to enumerate identifiers, bypass rate limits or probe other tenants.
• Do not upload content you have no right to process or sign.

4. Credits and billing

One credit is reserved when a verification starts, consumed when it completes and released if it is abandoned. Signing is free. Invoices are issued per company in the agreed currency, with VAT where applicable.

5. Verification results

Verification decisions are produced by automated models and are provided with their evidence. The Customer remains responsible for the decisions it takes on the basis of a result and for any human review its own obligations require.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and publish a health endpoint. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email during business hours.

7. Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Either party may terminate for material breach; on termination the Customer may export its data before it is purged under the agreed retention policy.
